For reinsurers and insurers

The attestation you can underwrite and adjudicate against.

Agentic AI is moving into production faster than underwriting and adjudication frameworks adapt. Agentica produces the methodology and attestations the insurance market can rely on to decide — at the risk-class level and at the individual policy level.

Two uses

Two ways insurers and reinsurers use Agentica

Calibrated to the layer in the insurance stack — methodology in reinsurance, attestation and panel in primary insurance.

Reinsurance — methodology framework

Agentic AI is still being categorised as a risk class.

What is the aggregation? Which wordings are defensible? What structural controls make the class insurable? Agentica engages methodology teams through documentation, technical submissions, and treaty-language contribution.

  • Technical submissions on AI risk aggregation
  • Treaty-language contribution
  • Briefings on Agentic Risk Score calibration

Primary insurance — attestation and panel

The Agentica attestation becomes a coverage condition or premium-credit factor.

Underwriters apply the attestation in their standard workflow. When an AI incident is reported against a covered policy, Agentica IR functions as the panel firm — technical command, defensible attribution, structured record for adjudication.

  • Attestation as coverage condition or premium credit
  • Reliance letter for insurer use
  • AI-IR panel inclusion

What the deliverables provide

Four deliverables, structured for underwriting and adjudication

Each deliverable is built for consumption by an underwriter, an actuary, a claims manager, or a panel.

The RiskLens Assessment

The document an underwriter reads to evaluate the insurability of an AI-exposed organisation. Covers agentic footprint, autonomous capital and decision exposure, context integrity, regulatory mapping, and the calibrated Agentic Risk Score. Reliance letter included.

The ComplianceCore Framework

Policy architecture, roles map, and pre-staged incident response plan — the governance evidence that the client's posture is operational, not just documented. Quarterly attestations.

The GuardLayer Attestation

Three parts: infrastructure blueprint (Agentica), configuration certification (specialist partner), integrated attestation (Agentica). Proves that policies are encoded in configuration. Covers configuration against blueprint, not robustness against unknown adversarial inputs.

The Agentica IR Protocol

Structured post-incident record built for claim adjudication, including documented attribution to the model layer, context layer, or control layer.

Why the methodology holds

Four reliance principles

**Documented and versioned.** Every methodology element exists in writing and carries a version number. Every engagement records the version applied. An underwriter can cite a specific version in their own underwriting notes.

**Independent of operators.** We do not build the infrastructure we attest to. We do not take fees from the partners we coordinate. The attestation holds because we have no stake in the answer.

**Empirically calibrated.** Every incident response engagement feeds the calibration of the Agentic Risk Score for the next assessment. Theoretical modelling is progressively replaced with empirical evidence.

**Built for audit.** Every finding, score, and attestation can be explained to an underwriter, regulator, or opposing expert. We do not make claims we cannot defend with evidence.

How to engage

Three engagement paths

Picked according to your role in the insurance stack and your operational need.

Methodology engagement

Reinsurance — by invitation.

Technical submissions on AI risk aggregation, treaty-language contribution, briefings on score calibration. Long cycle, low margin, high value in standard-setting.

  • Documented technical submissions
  • Treaty-language contribution
  • Access to RiskLens methodology specification under confidentiality

Attestation adoption

Primary insurance.

Integration of the Agentica attestation as a coverage condition or premium-credit factor in an AI-exposed line. Reliance letter format, re-attestation cycle terms, and coordination arrangements adapted to your underwriting workflow.

  • Reliance letter in underwriter format
  • Re-attestation cycle adapted to your line
  • Coordination with your internal audit team

AI-IR panel inclusion

Claims teams.

Application to the Agentica IR panel for AI incidents. SLA documentation, named team, coordination protocol with your claims team, negotiated panel pricing.

  • Documented SLA (4 business hours, 1 hour 24/7, or 30 minutes 24/7)
  • Named team and pre-incident familiarisation
  • Negotiated panel pricing
