Answer — AI Governance

How much does AI governance cost?

Agentica’s AI governance starts with a free 30-minute AI Risk Overview — a conversation, no system access. Paid plans are priced in CAD, starting at: AI Auditability from $990/month, and AI Risk Intelligence from $2,990/month, which includes Auditability. Prices are floors that move only on measurable scope.

What each plan costs

There is one free entry point and two subscriptions. Each answers the next question you naturally ask.

  • AI Risk Overview — free. A 30-minute conversation with an expert, no access to your systems. You learn your likely AI exposure and what a continuous record would take. It is yours to keep.
  • AI Auditability — from $990/month CAD. Your AI governance record: continuous immutable recording, a live AI inventory and risk register, an on-demand report library, and legal-period retention. It answers “Can we prove it?”
  • AI Risk Intelligence — from $2,990/month CAD, includes Auditability. Everything above, plus framework-mapped remediation guidance on your identified gaps, foresight matched to your inventory, and a read-only door for your own AI to query your record. In upgrade terms, that is +$2,000/month for the intelligence layer.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and quoted “starting at.”

What moves the price

The monthly figures are floors, not flat rates. A quote adapts on measurable scope factors only:

  • The size of your AI ecosystem.
  • Your data and retention volume.
  • The report packs you need.
  • The complexity of your environment.
  • Your service-level requirements.

It never moves on your industry label, and never on a per-seat count. AI agents are not human seats. This is deliberate: two organizations of similar size and complexity see the same floor, whether they are a municipality or a financial institution.

What removes the risk

AI governance is a budget line you carry regardless of vendor. Since September 2023, Law 25 has bound Québec municipalities to govern personal information; the AMF’s AI guideline comes into force May 1, 2027 for the institutions under its jurisdiction. The obligation to demonstrate diligence does not wait for a purchase order.

So the first step costs nothing, and the paid step carries a guarantee:

Full 90-day money-back guarantee on everything you’ve paid. If by day 90 you can’t put a provable diligence report in front of your council or board — or you’re simply not convinced — full refund, and you keep the report of what we found.

There is no installation fee for standard Microsoft environments, the plans are purchase-order friendly, and annual prepay earns a discount — aggressive for municipalities. Agentica, an AI Governance company in Montréal, prices this way because reports and evidence generate themselves from the record, with zero human hours in delivery.

Agentica provides AI-governance evidence and risk intelligence. It does not constitute legal advice or compliance certification.
